1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the Amazon Cashback Auto-Activate extension or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and do not use the service.

2. Affiliate Disclosure

We participate in the Amazon Associates Program. When you visit Amazon.com through our attributed links, we may earn a commission. Your price is not affected — you pay exactly the same as you would without our extension.

Amazon is not a sponsor or endorser of this service. This extension is an independent product and has not been approved, reviewed, or endorsed by Amazon.com, Inc.

BUCKS is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc. We may earn affiliate commissions from qualifying purchases made through BUCKS. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

3. Cashback Program

Cashback is not guaranteed and may be reversed. Specifically:

• Estimated cashback displayed is indicative only and may differ from actual payouts
• Commissions are reversed if you return items or cancel orders
• Amazon may change commission rates at any time without notice
• We reserve the right to withhold cashback for suspected abuse or policy violations
• Minimum withdrawal amount is $5.00

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a country where the Amazon Associates Program operates. One account per person. You may not use automated tools, bots, or multiple accounts to generate artificial clicks or commissions.

5. Extension Behavior

The extension only activates on Amazon.com product, cart, and checkout pages. It does not:

• Rewrite all links on a page — it performs a single redirect to add our affiliate tag
• Run on search pages, home page, account pages, or non-Amazon websites
• Collect browsing history outside of Amazon.com product and cart pages
• Inject ads or modify Amazon page content beyond the informational cashback banner

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed commissions, delayed payouts, or changes to Amazon's affiliate program. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the cashback amount credited to your account.

8. Partner Referral Program Addendum

This addendum governs participation in the BUCKS Partner Referral Program (the “Program”). By sharing a referral link or code, or by signing up through one, you agree to the terms in this section in addition to all other Terms of Service.

8.1 Partner Eligibility

To participate as a referring partner you must:

• Hold an active, good-standing BUCKS account that is at least 30 days old
• Have completed at least one qualifying cashback transaction
• Be a natural person aged 18 or older — corporate or automated referral accounts are prohibited
• Reside in a country where the Amazon Associates Program is available
• Not be under any active suspension, investigation, or account hold by BUCKS

BUCKS reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to revoke partner status if these criteria are no longer met.

8.2 Revenue Share

Eligible partners earn a revenue share on the net affiliate commissions generated by referred users, subject to the following conditions:

• Revenue share rates are tiered and capped at 10% of net commissions earned by referred users. Current tier thresholds are published on your account's Partner Dashboard and may be updated with 14 days' notice.
• “Net commissions” means affiliate fees received by BUCKS after Amazon processes returns, cancellations, and chargebacks — estimated cashback displayed on your dashboard is not a guarantee of revenue share.
• Revenue share accrues monthly and is subject to the same $5.00 minimum withdrawal threshold.
• Revenue share is paid in BUCKS wallet credits, not cash, unless an alternative payout method is explicitly enabled on your account.
• BUCKS may deduct any erroneously credited revenue share from future earnings.

8.3 Attribution — 30-Day First-Touch Cookie

Referral attribution operates on a 30-day first-touch basis:

• A referred user must create a BUCKS account within 30 days of clicking the referral link or entering the referral code for the attribution to be valid.
• Only the first referral source recorded for a user is credited. Subsequent referral links or code entries by the same user have no effect.
• Attribution is stored server-side. Clearing browser cookies or using a different device does not reset the 30-day window once a code has been entered or a link-click has been server-recorded.
• Self-referral — signing up through your own referral link or code — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all pending revenue share and possible account termination.

8.4 Prohibited Practices

The following practices are prohibited and may result in immediate termination and clawback of all earned revenue share:

• Posting referral links in unsolicited email, SMS, or messaging (spam)
• Purchasing paid search advertisements that contain or redirect through your referral link
• Using incentivized-click networks, bots, or traffic exchanges to generate referral visits
• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate artificial referral credits
• Misrepresenting BUCKS, its cashback rates, or its relationship with Amazon in promotional materials
• Violating the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement in connection with promoting BUCKS
• Offering cash or goods as an inducement to sign up, unless expressly authorised by BUCKS in writing

BUCKS may use automated and manual review to detect prohibited practices. Detection methods are confidential and not subject to disclosure.

8.5 Termination of Partner Status

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time:

• By you: Remove your referral links from all channels. Revenue share for completed qualifying transactions prior to termination will be paid out at the next scheduled cycle, provided the $5.00 minimum is met.
• By BUCKS for convenience: We will give 14 days' written notice. Accrued and vested revenue share will be paid out within 30 days.
• By BUCKS for cause (prohibited practices, fraud, or Terms violation): Termination is immediate. All pending and unvested revenue share is forfeited. BUCKS may recover previously paid revenue share through legal means if it was obtained fraudulently.

Termination of partner status does not terminate your general BUCKS account unless a separate grounds for account termination also exists.
